Dallas Cowboys Qb Tony Romo Earns Failing Grade in Giants Test!
The matchup between the Dallas Cowboys and the New York Giants has been hyped from the unveiling of the 2009 schedule.
To the victor the spoils of having a record of 2-0 and first place in the NFC East.
All eyes were focused on the matchup between Cowboys QB Tony Romo and Giants QB Eli Manning. Both are young up-and-coming stars of their teams, with Manning already proving he can win the "big" game, and Romo, who still has to prove he can win in the postseason.
Let the bloodbath begin...
The Giants had every intention of trashing owner Jerry Jones' open house party at the new Cowboy Stadium. After the 33-31 win over the Cowboys, they did just that.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Cowboys dominated practically every stat, and one in particular would solidify their demise. Costly turnovers of 3 int. and 1 fum. handed this game to the Giants.
Tonight Lady Luck was nowhere to be found for Romo, who did lead the Cowboys offense to 31 points.
The Dallas offense had little problem finding the their own end zone, but they spent too much time helping the Giants find theirs with the costly turnovers.
At certain points of the game it appeared that Romo was clueless to the fact that ball control was his number one responsibility. This is a demon that haunted Romo last season.
Offensive Coordinator Jason Garrett scripted a winnable game plan, and for the talent the Cowboys have, this should have without question been number one in the win column.
Instead the fault of the loss is on Romo. Like last week, his throws were off, making his passes easy pickings for the Giants superior secondary.
The whole game was a close dogfight the way a rivalry matchup should be, except this should have been a 31-9 home game blowout. That's right the Cowboys gave the Giants 24 points.
Garrett is in dire need of putting Romo through Ball Control 101.
Next week the Cowboys will host the 0-2 Carolina Panthers. A team unless Romo is generous with ball like he was today, that the Cowboys should dismantle easily.
