Twitter Reacts as Chelsea Defeat Kyiv 2-1 to Win Champions League Game
Chelsea could breathe an almighty sigh of relief after Willian's free-kick saved them from yet another disappointing result, this time against Dynamo Kyiv in the Champions League on Wednesday night.
Jose Mourinho has been under fire this week, and speculation had been swirling over his position at the club and the temperament of some of his players. He dropped Eden Hazard for the clash with the Ukrainian side, which certainly caught the eye of some fans.
"Pleased that Hazard has been dropped, he has been shocking recently. Hopefully he will come back better.

Chelsea started brightly and took the lead in the first half via an own goal to Aleksandar Dragovic. The fact that the go-ahead goal didn't actually come from a Chelsea player was not lost on those following the match.
Diego Costa's ugly dive in first-half stoppage time enraged fans.

But they were singing the Blues' praises again shortly after the break when Kurt Zouma made an excellent last-ditch tackle to save the home side.
"Zouma with the best tackle in the history of the Champions League. WOW!

With 10 minutes to play, Kyiv had themselves an equaliser, and it simply had to be Dragovic with the goal.
Chelsea looked set for another awkward result...
That was, until Willian stepped up to score a super free-kick and protect his club from scrutiny—for another game at least.
The sinking feeling is being felt elsewhere in London on Wednesday night, anyway.
