NXT: Full Preview, Match Card and More for November 4

The Doctor Chris MuellerNov 4, 2015

Welcome to Bleacher Report's preview for this week's episode of WWE NXT, where we take a spoiler-free look at what's in store for the developmental brand's upcoming episode.

This week's show will feature a healthy mix of new talents and established names. However, the biggest attraction is the main event.

Let's take a look at what's on deck for Wednesday's episode of NXT.

The Women

Newcomer Asuka will take on the former Funkadactyl, Cameron. Without giving anything away, it's safe to say we all know how this one will turn out.

Asuka is being positioned as a big star in NXT right away. Her reputation has earned her this spot, and she has lived up to expectations so far.

It's going to be great when she starts having matches with some of the more talented women in the company, but for now, it's fun to watch her dominate some lower-level wrestlers.

The second women's match of the evening will see heat magnet Eva Marie battle Gionna Daddio, who is going by Marley in WWE.

Some eagle-eyed fans might recognize Marley as the woman who jumped on Tyler Breeze during his entrance at TakeOver: Rival or as one of the women involved in Breeze's entrance at TakeOver: Unstoppable.

NXT is giving Eva Marie a chance to succeed where many assumed she would fail. She has shown a marked improvement in certain areas, but we have yet to see her tested in a longer bout.

Considering this week's show only has four matches scheduled, it's nice to see that two of them are devoted to the women's division.

The Men

The first singles bout from the men will see Bull Dempsey battle Angelo Dawkins. This is actually the hardest match on the card to predict.

Neither one of these men is being pushed hard at the moment, so either one of them could reasonably pick up the win.

Dempsey is definitely the more established of the two, but he is a long way from being a favorite of the NXT Universe.

The outcome could be inconsequential, but it could also signal the start of a new push for one of these Superstars, so it's worth paying attention to the match.

The main event is what will really get people to tune in. Finn Balor will defend the NXT Championship against Apollo Crews.

Crews won a Battle Royal to earn this title shot, and the fact that there are only four matches on the card indicates this contest will have a significant amount of time.

Crews is still relatively new, but he has been impressive every time he has stepped foot into the ring. His agility-to-strength ratio is off the charts, and the crowd clearly loves him.

It might be a little early to put the title on him, but Crews is a future star. Winning the belt would certainly give him a boost, but Balor is just getting settled into being champion.

Regardless of the outcome, this should be the best match of the night by a mile. Who do you think will walk out with the NXT Championship?
