Barcelona Transfer News: Latest on Marco Reus and Ezequiel Lavezzi Rumours
Borussia Dortmund star Marco Reus has expressed his admiration for Barcelona and said he would like to play alongside Lionel Messi and Andres Iniesta.
The German international has long been linked with a move to the Camp Nou, and it was previously reported that he is a key Blaugrana target for the summer transfer window, per Spanish outlet Mundo Deportivo (h/t MailOnline's Nicholas Gooden).
Speaking ahead of Dortmund's Europa League clash against Qabala on Thursday, Reus added fuel to the fire by naming Messi and Iniesta among players he would like to play alongside, while also complimenting the club's style of play, per Spanish newspaper Sport:

In my childhood I always played as Barcelona on the PlayStation. That's because they have players of such extremely high quality and they play with a fantastic style as well.

Reus would be another superstar addition to the Barcelona attacking line, and he would add necessary depth, as Messi and Rafinha's long-term injures have exposed Barca's squad this season.
However, he would likely cost a huge sum of money, with a £60 million valuation recently being quoted for the playmaker after he extended his Dortmund contract to 2019 in February, per ESPN FC's Miguel Delaney.
Reus has made himself all the more valuable to Dortmund this season by netting seven Bundesliga goals early in Thomas Tuchel's first campaign in charge at Signal Iduna Park, per WhoScored.com.
He is undoubtedly one of Dortmund's most prominent stars, and he may think twice about a move to Barca, where he would have to compete for a starting spot with the likes of Messi, Neymar and Luis Suarez.
However, the 26-year-old is clearly an admirer of the club and could perhaps be open to a move to Catalonia if the right terms are offered.

Another of Barcelona's attacking targets, Paris Saint-Germain's Ezequiel Lavezzi, is reportedly closing in on a move to Serie A giants Juventus.
Italian newspaper La Gazzetta dello Sport (via Sport) recently reported that the Argentinian had agreed to join Barca in the summer when his PSG contract expires.
But GianlucaDiMarzio.com (via translator David Amoyal) indicated that Juve continue "to take concrete steps to sign Lavezzi."
Lavezzi, 30, was likely only ever targeted as a back-up squad player by Barca, but they will have to look elsewhere if he is persuaded into joining Juventus.
