
Damien Duff Says Mourinho and Guardiola Are the Messi and Ronaldo of Coaching
A lot of people are taking shots at Jose Mourinho at the moment—Damien Duff is not one of them.
The Irishman worked under Mourinho during the Portuguese coach's first spell at Stamford Bridge and said the Blues boss is the best in the business.
In an interview with Sam Wallace of the Telegraph, Duff said:

"At Chelsea it was his (Mourinho's) sheer presence. He has an amazing way with words. Sometimes it was just a look or a wink and you feel like you’re ready. He’s the kind of guy who doesn’t have to say anything – it’s a look or a pat on the back. At the same time he is a fiery character. He just says it how it is. But he gets the best out of you.
Mourinho and Pep Guardiola, I guess they are the Messi and Ronaldo of the coaches world. There is everyone else and then those two on another level.

Duff also referred to Mourinho as "Mr Chelsea" and said he hoped he would stay at the club for the next 10 years.
Duff, now 36, is playing football back in his hometown of Dublin for Shamrock Rovers.
Mourinho finds himself under pressure with the defending Premier League champions Chelsea languishing in 15th after a poor start.
