Cesc Fabregas Picks Himself in His Own Dream World XI
When interviewed by the folks at Match of the Day, Cesc Fabregas was charged with the task of picking his ultimate fantasy XI.
Naturally, the likes of Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez made the cut, but the Spanish midfielder did make one curious addition: himself.

Having provided Chelsea with a grand total of zero goals and one assist in the Premier League this season, one may have thought that Cesc would cede his place in the midfield to a more worthy candidate. However, the 28-year-old appears to have taken the option of having some self-belief instead.
Fabregas' lineup is also notable for its lack of British talent. When pressed by MOTD on that issue, he said (via the Daily Mail):
"No British players, really? Oh, I didn't realise, I swear. There are lots of good British players.
[Wayne] Rooney, [John] Stones, [Gary] Cahill, [Gareth] Bale, [Ross] Barkley, I'm sure I could have made space for one or two of them, but this is the team I chose.
"
While Wayne Rooney's inclusion in the team might be questionable at this stage, one of Roo's former team-mates might also be furrowing his brow at his snub.
