Kevin Owens' Best Potential Opponents for WWE Survivor Series 2015
After a disappointing feud against Ryback appeared to come to an end at Hell in a Cell, Kevin Owens needs a fresh direction heading into the latter part of the year.
His reign as intercontinental champion is yet to get going, but with a number of talented guys kicking their heels looking for a standout rivalry, Owens could be about to get a big name thrown his way to test his credentials as champion.
The fact that some big names didn't even make the main show at Hell in a Cell proves WWE has a fair few guys on its roster that would benefit from a feud with Kevin Owens heading toward Survivor Series. Here's three men that could be the ideal fit for K.O. next.

Modern-Day Dream Matches 💭

Most Likely Backlash Heel/Face Turns 🎭
Cesaro
This one seems like a bit of an easy decision.
Yet again this week on Raw, Kevin Owens and Cesaro showed that whenever they step into the ring together, sparks often fly.
Before Owens had captured the gold from Ryback at Night of Champions, he had been in a mini-feud with Cesaro, and it was a rivalry that really did bring the best out of both of them.
Cesaro was crafting some impressive momentum working with Owens, and the Canadian had seemed to find a perfect feud to help him settle into life on the main roster.
WWE moved away from that plan and put Owens on a path for the title with a feud against Ryback, but it would be great to see this rivalry brought back up.
There would be little doubting the quality of the matches, and with Cesaro's mic skills visibly improving during this rivalry in the past, it would be another chance for The Swiss Superman to improve further.
Daniel Bryan
If he's cleared in time for Survivor Series (although there have been no hints to suggest that is the case), Daniel Bryan vs. Kevin Owens would be one incredible feud for WWE fans to get stuck into.
After all, Bryan is due his shot at the title after having to relinquish it due to injury. He will get his rematch whenever he returns to active competition, and if it's in time to face Owens, it would be sensational.
In a way similar to Cesaro, Bryan brings a high level of energy and excitement to all of his performances. With Owens a real contrast in style, his brute force and sheer power would create an impressive mixture inside the ring.
Bryan is a seasoned veteran in WWE these days, at least judging by his recent accomplishments. That might be just what Owens needs to give his title reign a shot in the arm: someone who can generate a main event-style feel to a rivalry.
Sadly, though, this dream scenario would be dependent on Bryan's fitness. Thankfully, though, WWE does have another option up its sleeve that it can use for Owens.
Dean Ambrose
Another rivalry that would certainly suit Owens to perfection would be a battle with one of WWE's most valuable stars.
Yet again, Dean Ambrose was reduced to an almost-invisible role at a major pay-per-view, not even competing at Hell in a Cell as WWE appeared to yet again forget what a hot property Ambrose is.

When Owens burst onto the main roster with the impact he had, a large part of that was down to him feuding and clashing with some big names. He dropped Cena in the middle of the ring on his first night with the company, then went on to beat him at Elimination Chamber.
Ambrose is a similarly big name, and he could bring the best out of Owens. Their promo exchanges are mouthwatering when you think about them, and Ambrose's unpredictability would bring a high level of excitement to the feud.
It would also be a great feud to get both men back on track after a disappointing few months. Of all the guys who could feud with Owens right now, this one fits better than almost everyone else.
