Robert Lewandowski Reportedly Under Police Investigation in Poland for Drinking
Robert Lewandowski was spotted drinking champagne on the pitch in the aftermath of Poland sealing their qualification for Euro 2016 in early October—and apparently that has resulted in a police investigation.
Drinking in public spaces in Poland is illegal, and Radio Poland (via the Sun's Dream Team FC blog) reported police are looking into Lewandowski for swigging from a bottle.
Something tells us this isn't going to see Lewandowski in jail next summer, just around the time Poland could use his goals in France.
