UFC Fight Night 76: Live Results, Play-by-Play and Fight Card Highlights
UFC Fight Night 76 came with a swirl of negativity around it, but the card had a fair bit of drama and excitement in it. It also had some dreadfully boring fights, too, but hey. Keep it positive, folks. Unsurprisingly, the crowd made their presence known and while some thought that the injury-depleted card may have sucked some of the excitement out of the fans in attendance, that definitely wasn't the case.
For the Irish fighters, it was a mixed bag. Neil Seery and Aisling Daly scored feel-good wins over game competition, but Cathal Pendred and Patrick Holohan suffered through gut-wrenching losses. Some stars from outside Ireland may have been born, as Tom Breese and Stevie Ray both cruised to impressive victories while more than a couple of fighters may have seen their last shot in the Octagon slip through their fingers.
