David Ospina's House Robbed While Arsenal Star's Wife Slept Upstairs
Arsenal goalkeeper David Ospina was the victim of a north London burglary after it emerged his £16 million house was raided while his wife and two children slept upstairs.
Sophia Sleigh and Simon Freeman of the London Evening Standard reported the house in Hampstead Garden Suburb was burgled while Ospina was away with the Colombia national team earlier this month.
It's emerged the South American's £100,000 Mercedes AMG was taken for a joy ride before his wife, Jesica Sterling, awoke to find the kitchen window open and the house keys also missing.

Sterling told the Standard of her shock upon discovering people had been in the house while she and her children slept, admitting it as "strange" no other valuables were taken:
"It’s difficult at night. We think that everything was planned because they came to the house through the window and took about 10 minutes maximum and left with the keys. It was strange they didn’t look for anything else—just took the keys and went."
Ospina's Mercedes was found abandoned in Wembley Park the day after the incident took place, with two suspects allegedly caught speeding away from Ospina's suburb on CCTV.
The report also claims that private security firms have been called into Hampstead Garden Suburb after 30 Range Rovers were stolen from the north London location in the space of 10 days in August.
