Boldin Active for Week 11

Sunday, Nov. 22

The 49ers announced that Boldin was available to play against the Seattle Seahawks.

Latest on Boldin's Practice Status

Friday, Nov. 20

The team announced Boldin was limited in practice.

Boldin Essential Piece to 49ers Offense

The tough veteran has been one of the very few bright spots for the 49ers this season. He really began coming along in Week 5 when he recorded 107 receiving yards and a touchdown, and he followed that up with 102 yards in Week 6.

His individual success isn't making the 49ers' losing record any easier on him, as he told Matt Maiocco of CSN Bay Area: "Very frustrated. ... My frustration was with us as a team. ... It’s up to the players to change that. The only thing they (the coaches) do is call plays, call defenses. It’s up to the players to go out and execute."

Near the cellar of the NFC West, the 49ers need Torrey Smith to step up and provide viable targets for Blaine Gabbert and a San Francisco team that is ranked near the bottom of the NFL.
