BJ Kissel of the team's official site revealed Poe was not on the list of inactive players against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Examining Poe's Injury History
In his fourth year in the league, Poe had missed just one game before this injury, becoming a staple of the Chiefs defensive line. The last two seasons saw him record 98 tackles and 10.5 sacks.
Poe has had a slow start this season, recording just eight tackles in five games without a sack. But his play could have been affected by the back surgery he underwent in July for a herniated disk. Though he missed training camp, he was able to join the team for the regular season.
