WWE Hell in a Cell 2015: Stars Who Have Built Most Momentum on Road to Event
The 2015 edition of Hell in a Cell will take place on Sunday, Oct. 25, and the excitement level is through the roof for the WWE Superstars who have built serious momentum heading into the pay-per-view.
From Brock Lesnar looking almost unbeatable heading into his match against The Undertaker to Roman Reigns being made to look like the next big thing, the WWE has done a good job of building the stars the company wants to shine.
Here are the wrestlers with the most momentum heading into WWE’s Hell in a Cell 2015.

Brock Lesnar
Even with a fluke finish at SummerSlam, there are few men in recent wrestling history protected as much as Lesnar, and rightfully so. He is the biggest star in the business today.
During Lesnar’s Go to Hell tour, The Beast absolutely destroyed Big Show and once again showed the WWE Universe why he is money. The match against Undertaker in August wasn’t bad either, but the ending left the fans with a bad taste in their mouth.
Another positive is not having Lesnar on WWE programming much during the build to Hell in a Cell. This is the rubber match between the two men, and they have saved all the face-to-face contact until Monday’s go-home edition of Raw.
Lesnar deserves the win at Hell in a Cell as he has far more long-term upside for WWE, and if Undertaker gets the upper hand Monday, there should be no doubt that The Beast walks out of Los Angeles as the winner of the feud.
Roman Reigns
Another Superstar who has been built with serious momentum heading into Hell in a Cell is Roman Reigns. From his promos with John Cena to his interactions with Bray Wyatt, few men in WWE look stronger right now than Reigns.
Not only has Reigns beaten almost everyone put in his way over the last two months, but he has also dominated The Wyatt Family and has been set up to earn the victory inside the steel structure against Bray.
WWE obviously loves Reigns. If the long-term plan is to give Reigns the championship at or before WrestleMania 32, then having him win at Hell in a Cell is a natural first step as he begins his ascension to the top of the card.
Expect the strong booking of Reigns to continue for the next several months.
The New Day
The most entertaining part of Raw and SmackDown every single week is the actions in and out of the ring of heel trio The New Day. This is the best Kofi Kingston, Big E and Xavier Woods have been in their careers.
Whether it’s opening Raw on multiple occasions with promos and classic matchups against Cena by Woods and Big E, or being the main heels in the closing segments, The New Day is over with the crowds so much that WWE is starting to use them to get other people over.
As great as The New Day has been in recent months, The Dudley Boyz are also red-hot and have been on the cusp of winning the tag team titles. At Hell in a Cell, the face duo finally gets their win and takes home the belts.
