Twitter Reacts as Liverpool's Danny Ings and Joe Gomez's Injuries Are Confirmed

It's been a long two weeks for Liverpool. When they lined up for their last Premier League match (a 1-1 draw with Everton), Brendan Rodgers was in charge and they were only strongly hampered by injuries.

Their next match, against Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday, will see Jurgen Klopp take charge for the first time, and his squad has been well and truly crushed by injuries.

The international break has been a rough one for many clubs, and Liverpool are now part of that group. Wednesday's news that Joe Gomez had suffered a season-ending knee injury was followed on Thursday by news that Danny Ings had suffered, well, a season-ending knee injury:
