
Twitter Reactions to Memphis Depay's Sharp Drop in Form
Memphis Depay arrived at Old Trafford from PSV to much fanfare. The Dutchman was Louis van Gaal's flagship signing of the offseason and had fans excited to the point that they even compared him to Cristiano Ronaldo.

And has certainly been a hit off the field since arriving in Manchester, but in recent weeks his form has started to slide for both club and country.

Additionally, the attacker has been given a "dressing down" by assistant manager Ryan Giggs, per Steve Bates of the Sunday People. He has also reportedly been involved in a spat with international team-mate Robin Van Persie and made a few enemies at Old Trafford, according to NOS (h/t Daily Star).
The icing on the cake came on Tuesday when his Netherlands side failed to qualify for Euro 2016 off the back of two poor performances from Depay.
Needless to say, fans aren't impressed.
Some want their money back.
The Ronaldo comparisons have gone, and been replaced by something much less flattering.

While others believe Depay should be dropped altogether.
United are back in Premier League action this weekend against Everton. Whether or not Depay plays a part is still unclear.
