Robert Lewandowski's form has been so good recently, it's very hard to find the right way to express our gratitude.

The Polish striker has been red-hot for both his national side—who qualified for Euro 2016 on Sunday night—and Bayern Munich, who have opened up an early seven-point Bundesliga lead over Borussia Dortmund.

It turns out the best way to thank the man is to spell his name with people on a football field, with Lewandowski sharing the bird's-eye photo on his Instagram.

Fortunately, "Lewy" has a short nickname, otherwise the tribute might have stretched well over both goal lines.
