Logan Mankins Injury: Updates on Buccaneers OL's Groin and Return
Tampa Bay Buccaneers offensive lineman Logan Mankins suffered a groin injury during practice on Oct. 8 and missed his team's Week 5 matchup against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
However, Scott Smith of Buccaneers.com announced that Mankins is available against the Washington Redskins in Week 7.
The 33-year-old wasn't done any favors when the New England Patriots traded him to Tampa Bay in August 2014. The Bucs proceeded to finish 2-14, while the Pats won Super Bowl XLIX.

Pro Football Focus' Nathan Jahnke further illustrated Mankins' effectiveness:
Going from a six-time Pro Bowler in Mankins to the inexperienced Kevin Pamphile was quite a downgrade, so Buccaneers fans have to be thankful that Mankins is ready to play.
