"He's good to go," head coach Brad Stevens said of Thomas' status for Game 6, per Jay King of MassLive.com. "He's ready to roll."
Thomas Essential to Celtics' Playoff Hopes
Thomas entered Tuesday's game averaging a team-high 28.3 points and 4.3 assists during the postseason, and he has been rather durable despite his slight frame (5'9", 185 lbs) and a penchant for crashing the paint.
Boston boasts a balanced attack with six players, including Thomas, averaging double figures this season. However, with shooting guard Avery Bradley sidelined, the team's offense could struggle to find consistency if Thomas were to miss extended action as well.
Luckily for Stevens and Boston, Thomas is back and ready for action as the team looks to further their playoff dreams.
