WWE 2K16: Complete Roster and Best New Superstars Added to Game

The roster for WWE 2K16 has some glaring omissions, notably Sasha Banks, Charlotte and Samoa Joe, but it's still an impressive list of WWE Superstars and Divas from the past and present.

There's plenty to like from that list, but these three are the best additions to the new roster.

Vader

As one of the most athletic and imposing big men in WWE history, it's awesome to see Vader represented in a video game. Every time I see the image above, I'm compelled to yell: "It's Vader time!"

Vader's look in the game is excellent, and I for one can't wait to get a chance to take control of him and his dynamic move set. Vader Bombs will be commonplace in my household for at least the first week after the game releases.

My fingers are crossed for a re-enacted promo featuring the big man from the Attitude Era.

Stunning Steve Austin

I usually don't like duplicate characters on WWE game rosters, but I'll make an exception for this one. One of the reasons a second Steve Austin is acceptable is because of how much different the render looks when compared to the Stone Cold persona.

It makes you double take because though it's clearly Austin, it almost favors Michael "P.S." Hayes a bit. In any case, the Stunning persona is like a piece of wrestling history. It's cool to be able to relive that aspect of the past with one of the best the industry has ever seen.

D-Lo Brown

I'm not sure how many people were requesting D-Lo Brown to be included in WWE 2K16, but no one should dispute how fun it will be to play with the high-flying endomorph. While he was always a little fleshy, Brown was one of the most athletic in-ring performers of his era.

It was also cool to see him get a kick out of his render in the game:

Brown's move set features several high-flying moves and some pretty hilarious taunts. He'll also be one of the first wrestlers I play with once I get my hands on the game.
