Gregg Popovich Gets Reporter Ready for 2015-16 Season in Classic Popovich Style

The 2015-16 NBA season is still a month away, but San Antonio Spurs coach Gregg Popovich is already on top of his game when it comes to interviews.

Popovich gave us the season's first taste of "Classic Popovich" at media day by punking NBA TV's Jared Greenberg. Even when asked about the Spurs' big free-agent signing of LaMarcus Aldridge, the five-time champion kept his answers short and sweet.

As it turns out, Popovich was intentionally making it a difficult interview. The Spurs coach eventually revealed to the reporter that he was just "screwing" with him in order to get him ready for the season.

Looking back on it, Greenberg can probably chuckle at this interview. In the moment, it wasn't a great experience.
