Franklin Active for Week 7

The Chargers announced that Franklin is available against the Oakland Raiders.
"I feel ready to get back out there and help my team," Franklin said on Oct. 19, per Michael Gehlken of the San Diego Union-Tribune.
Chargers Offensive Line Play Hampered Due to Injuries
Heading into Week 7, the Chargers were ranked 16th in pass protection and just 31st in run blocking, according to Football Outsiders.
San Diego has been dealing with injuries across the offensive line and desperately needs its players to get healthy in order to find consistency. Football Outsiders noted the Chargers have surrendered 17 sacks thus far this season.
