The Utah Utes have gone into Autzen Stadium and shown no mercy to the Oregon Ducks.

In the same quarter that the Utes ran a fake punt with a 28-point lead, they went back into their bag of tricks to pour it on some more.

And it worked to perfection.

Utah had a returner pretend to field the ball down by its sideline. The key word is "pretend." The ball was actually over near the Oregon sideline, where the Utes' Boobie Hobbs was waiting for it—with no defenders near him.

By the time the Ducks realized what was going on, it was too late. Hobbs had very few defenders to beat and a few blockers helping him out.

The result: a 69-yard touchdown.

The score helped give the Utes a 55-13 lead with just under two minutes to play in the third quarter. As T.C. Williams High School coach Bill Yoast said in Remember The Titans, "Leave no doubt!"

After the 62-20 victory, Utes players were proud to be playing for Utah:
