FIFA 16: Player Ratings and FUT Draft Strategies
FIFA Ultimate Team Draft (FUT Draft) is one of the biggest additions to FIFA 16. It represents a new spin on the Ultimate Team mode as gamers get an opportunity to play with some of the best players in the game without acquiring their cards through packs or the auction block.
You'll have to draft them from a random draw that changes every time you play the mode. There are several keys to success in FUT Draft, but none more important than the three listed below.

Picking the Right Formation
How important is the formation you choose for your FUT Draft squad? EA Sports warns: "Choose wisely: the formation you pick will remain as your default formation throughout the series of matches."
This is the first aspect of your team to select, and it's important you choose a formation that you understand. Don't pick a 5-2-2-1 look before learning what it takes to make this alignment successful. This is great motivation to learn soccer formations. Pay Attention to Chemistry
Selecting players who are familiar with each other in real life helps maximize the talent on your roster. Countryman have great connections, but so to do players who play for the same club. Neymar and Dani Alves would be an excellent pairing because both men are Brazilian and they are also teammates on FC Barcelona.
They're also both very good.

Know Your Strengths
Just because you like to use cross kicks doesn't mean the players you've drafted excel in that department. It's important to either draft according to what you do best, or adapt your playing style to fit the players you've drafted.
Refer to the player ratings during the draft process and after to ensure you're getting the most out of your player's abilities.
Top Player Ratings
Since we're talking about ratings, it's important to know who the best players in the game are. There's no surprise that Neymar and Alves' Barcelona teammate and cover athlete Lionel Messi is the top-rated player in the game at a 94 overall.
Equally as predictable, Real Madrid's Cristiano Ronaldo is second at a 93 overall. The drop to third place is fairly significant. Messi's teammate Luis Suarez has a 90 overall. You can see the top 50 rated players at EASports.com.
With Messi, Neymar (88) and Suarez, Barcelona is the only club with three players ranked in the top 10. Remember that the next time you see a run of online opponents who choose Messi and Co.
