Timothy RappSep 20, 2015

The New York Giants suffered a setback to their offensive line when rookie tackle Ereck Flowers had to leave Week 2's game against the Atlanta Falcons with a sprained ankle and did not play in Week 3.

The team announced that he is active for Week 4 against the Buffalo Bills on Sunday. Flowers suffered another injury scare in the first quarter on Sunday but eventually returned to the game, per the team.

Ebenezer Samuel of the New York Daily News reported that Flowers was a limited participant in practice on Oct. 1, which was the second straight day he took part in practice.
