Jose Mourinho Only Spoke Twice to Kevin De Bruyne at Chelsea
Manchester City playmaker Kevin De Bruyne has revealed that Jose Mourinho only spoke to him twice during his time at Chelsea.
The 24-year-old Belgium international moved to Stamford Bridge in January 2012, but he failed to make a significant impact with the club and was sold two years later.
Having spent a season on loan and plenty of time on the substitutes' bench, De Bruyne has now claimed his relationship with the "Special One" was anything but special.

He said, per the Daily Telegraph:
"I didn't get any explanation. I only talked with him twice, Mourinho.
That was before the Champions League game against Basel, where he said I was doing better, in his opinion and that I would get my chance. I think that was maybe November.
And then one week before January, that's the day I said I wanted to go out because even if I was training better, I was not getting any minutes.
So for me personally, it was better to go.
"
De Bruyne went on to impress at Wolfsburg last season, and he moved to the Etihad Stadium in the summer transfer window for £54 million.
