The Rugby World Cup 2015 kicked off on Friday evening at Twickenham, London, and what a scene the opening ceremony was.

Prior to England's match with Fiji, a massive ceremony celebrated the start of the tournament.

Before it even began, the fans were in good spirits.

And once it did, the scenes were predictably extravagant.

We can only hope that the actual tournament can match the spectacular nature of its opening, and something tells us it will.
