PSV Eindhoven Fans Send Flowers to Luke Shaw in Hospital

Manchester United's visit to Eindhoven on Tuesday was marred by the horrific double leg fracture suffered by Luke Shaw.

PSV defender Hector Moreno has apologised for his part in the injury, and according to Dan Gibbs of the Express, he will visit the Englishman at St Anna's hospital in Eindhoven, where he is expected to be kept until the weekend.  

Fans of the reigning Eredivisie champions have also offered their sympathy by clubbing together to send flowers to Shaw's bedside.

According to PSVPrimeur.nl (translated by the Daily Star), PSV supporters club spokesman Thijs Slegers said, "This is the way you deal with an opponent in professional football."

Shaw, who is out of action for at least six months, will surely appreciate the classy response from both the PSV and United fans.
