Julio Jones Injury: Updates on Falcons Star's Hamstring and Return
The Atlanta Falcons have one of the NFL's most potent offenses, and it will have talented wide receiver Julio Jones for Week 3.
Jones was limited during a Sept. 23 practice, via Vaughn McClure of ESPN. However, the team announced that he is active for the team's matchup vs. Dallas on Sunday.
McClure did note that Jones was dealing with hamstring soreness after Week 1 but showed no effects of the injury last week with 13 catches for 135 yards in a win against the New York Giants.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Even though the Falcons have had a dynamic receiver tandem for years with Roddy White on the other side of the field, Jones has emerged as the clear No. 1 over the past two seasons.
After appearing in just five games two years ago because of a foot injury, the 26-year-old responded with his best season in 2014. He had 104 receptions, 1,593 yards and six touchdowns, setting career highs in the first two categories.
Jones has picked up right where he left off through two games this season, leading the league with 22 receptions and catching two touchdowns.
The Falcons don't have the wide receiver depth they once did, though White remains a steady presence and quarterback Matt Ryan is good at incorporating others into the offense. Leonard Hankerson and Devin Hester have big-play potential, but their lack of consistency will be less visible with Jones in the lineup.
