Sergio Ramos Injury: Updates on Real Madrid Star's Shoulder and Return
Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos was named in Los Blancos' Champions League side to face Paris Saint-Germain on Wednesday, having brushed off previous injury concerns.
The Spaniard dislocated his shoulder during the Sept. 15 Champions League win over Shakhtar Donetsk and has remained troubled by the injury, despite playing 90 minutes in Real's Oct. 4 clash with Atletico Madrid.
Ramos was forced to withdraw from international duty with Spain at the start of October but now appears ready to contribute without a problem.

Los Blancos have struggled in defence this season. Fellow centre-back Pepe has been out of action, leaving youngster Raphael Varane to fill the void at the heart of the back four. Nacho also provided cover in Ramos' absence.
Varane is viewed as one of the best young defenders in world football and has no doubt benefited from extra game time, but boss Rafa Benitez will be pleased to enter an important run with Ramos to guide him.
