
Kana, WWE Agree to Contract: Latest Details, Comments and Reaction
WWE added an international superstar Monday.
According to WWE.com, the organization announced the signing of Kanako Urai, better known as Kana, to the NXT division. The report also noted that “Kana will officially report to the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida, in late September.”
WWE Executive Vice President of Talent, Creative and Live Events Triple H commented on the addition, per WWE.com. "We are very excited to have Kana join the NXT roster," he said. "Her exciting in-ring style will make an immediate impact on the already impressive NXT women’s division.”

Kana has developed into an exciting wrestler in Japan during her 11-year career and recently made a surprise appearance at NXT Takeover: Brooklyn. She even sat next to WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair, "the Nature Boy," when she was there.
