WWE Night of Champions 2015: Stars Under the Most Pressure at PPV
After one of the wildest SummerSlam events in recent history, the WWE Universe has already turned its attention to September’s Night of Champions pay-per-view and the stars on the card who are under the most pressure.
From Seth Rollins possibly having to defend both the WWE World Heavyweight and United States championships to The Dudley Boyz returning for their first WWE match in almost a decade, Night of Champions has the potential to be an unforgettable second-tier PPV.
Here are the wrestlers under the most pressure at Night of Champions.

Seth Rollins
There is no doubting that Rollins has been booked terribly as the WWE World Heavyweight Champion, but he will have the weight of the company on his shoulders as he most likely defends both belts.
In one match, Rollins will be tasked with ensuring Sting’s appearance at Night of Champions lives up to the hype. Sting is a veteran of the business, but he doesn’t have the ability he once did. Thankfully, Rollins knows how to sell and tell a great story.
In the other match, Rollins will likely have to go toe-to-toe with John Cena in a rematch of their SummerSlam bout. Cena is a beast when it comes to booking, and the champion will be asked to carry the match in the ring and possibly do the job.
If Rollins pulls double duty at Night of Champions, there is no doubt he will be under the most pressure.
The Dudley Boyz
For the first time in a decade, The Dudley Boyz will likely be wrestling at a WWE PPV, as they have already made it clear that they have a problem with The New Day.
Both Bubba Ray and Devon have been wrestling recently in other companies such as TNA and on the independent scene, but it will be interesting to see how they perform under the bright lights of the WWE once again.
After spending so much time in the business, there is no doubt The Dudley Boyz will shine.
The hope is that The Dudley Boyz will not only infuse an element of intrigue into a tag team division that has been floundering but also teach a young and inexperienced group of wrestlers what it means to carry the division.
There will be a lot of pressure on The Dudley Boyz at Night of Champions, but they’re ready.
Braun Stowman
With some sort of multiman match between The Wyatt Family and the team of Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns likely on tap for Night of Champions, the WWE Universe can’t wait to see Braun Stowman in action.
It’s hard to tell what fans should expect from the prospect, as he never developed a character in NXT, but he can be protected as long as he is in tag team matches. The hope for Stowman, though, is that WWE will allow him to look like the monster he is and not force him to wrestle much.
If he can lock in his chokehold on Ambrose or Reigns and win the match for The Wyatt family via submission, Stowman will look like the dominant force Bray Wyatt and Luke Harper have been missing with Erick Rowan out injured.
