Mario Balotelli Officially Completes AC Milan Loan Transfer from Liverpool
AC Milan confirmed the return of Mario Balotelli on Thursday, with the Italian striker sealing a season-long loan deal from Liverpool.
Balotelli penned an appreciative Facebook post to Reds fans on Wednesday, saying: "I'll be supporting you guys all the way in every competition...unless you face AC Milan."
He departed Anfield on the back of jabbing comments from Liverpool legend Jamie Carragher, who labelled the signing of the player a "major mistake" on Sky Sports' Monday Night Football.

Balotelli's record was abysmal on Merseyside, where he scored once in 16 Premier League appearances last term, per WhoScored.com.
Manager Brendan Rodgers took a huge gamble in recruiting him after selling Luis Suarez to Barcelona, and it never looked like a transfer that would pay dividends for the club.
The player often displays a lack of application and understanding, and when he is not scoring goals, he is of little use to any coach.
Milan supremo Silvio Berlusconi labelled the striker "a bad apple" when he departed the Serie A outfit last summer, per Simon Jones of the MailOnline, but the Italian giants have proved ready to gamble on Balotelli once more.
