The complexion of the game changed early when Lamar Jackson suffered a thumb injury that ruled him out of the game.
The Ravens scored a single touchdown on a Derrick Henry run in the first quarter and managed to earn just 145 total yards with Tyler Huntley and then Joe Fagnano in at quarterback.
Buffalo took the lead early on a Josh Allen touchdown run and didn't turn back after that point.
Tyler Bass kicked a trio of field goals in the first and second quarters from 56, 22 and 51 yards out to open up the lead to nine points by halftime.
Allen aired the ball out in the second half to further open up the Bills' advantage.
D.J. Moore and Dalton Kincaid hauled in touchdown passes from 11 and 23 yards out to finish off the victory in the fourth quarter.
Allen became the Bills' all-time leader in passing touchdowns on the scoring throw to Kincaid.
Allen produced over 300 total yards in the victory that was easy for the Bills to earn after Jackson left the game with his injury.
Buffalo is now 5-1 and in a good spot to contend for the top seed in the AFC. The Bills face the Minnesota Vikings next Monday in a potential Super Bowl preview.
Meanwhile, the Ravens have to figure out what their quarterback situation will look like with all the injuries. The 4-4 Ravens host the Jacksonville Jaguars on Thursday night.
