WWE Icon Ric Flair Shares Health Update in Photo After Eye Injury Suffered During Fall
WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair gave another update on his health Wednesday after suffering a fall last week.
In a post on X, Flair shared a photo of himself posing with multiple doctors and noted that he will be "good to go" after "one more surgery and one more possible skin graft."
TMZ Sports reported that Flair fell outside a Florida restaurant last Friday, causing him to suffer eye and facial injuries. An ambulance transported Flair to a local hospital after the fall.
One day later, Flair divulged in a post on X that he had been released from the hospital and was going to be "okay."
Included in the post was a photo of Flair with a patch over one of his eyes.
The 77-year-old Flair is widely regarded as one of the greatest professional wrestlers of all time, having been a major world champion on 16 different occasions.
Flair has dealt with numerous health issues over the past several years, including undergoing emergency surgery to remove part of his bowel in 2017.
He recovered to the point that he was able to wrestle the final match of his illustrious career in 2022, teaming with Andrade El Idolo to beat Jeff Jarrett and Jay Lethal.
Most recently, Flair has worked with AEW, making periodic appearances for the company since 2023.
