John Cena is a WWE legend and, more importantly, an amazing human being. Last week, DoSomething.org ranked Cena as the second-most charitable athlete in the world, and now there's a bit more context to that status.

Cena recently granted his 500th "Make-A-Wish" to an eight-year-old child with leukemia named Rocco.

It's always a great story to see athletes using their fame for good, which is the case here. Keep being an amazing person, John Cena.
