Conor Benn Calls Out Conor McGregor for 2027 Fight, Manny Pacquiao Reportedly on Rumored Wish List
Conor Benn is shooting for the stars as he considers his options for his return to the boxing ring.
Benn took to his Instagram story to repost a mock fight poster of him and UFC star Conor McGregor, adding the caption, "Any day of the week."
McGregor isn't the only big name Benn is targeting, as ESPN's James Regan reported that a source said boxing legend Manny Pacquiao is "also understood to be on Benn's wish list."
Benn is coming off a second-round knockout loss to Ryan Garcia in September. The source told Regan that the 30-year-old "expects to fight again in the early part of 2027 and wants a big-name opponent rather than a more low-key comeback bout."
McGregor has one fight left on his deal with the UFC, which is under the same TKO banner as Zuffa Boxing, where Benn is signed for four more fights. The Irishman is currently recovering from a torn meniscus and ACL injury suffered in his long-awaited UFC return fight against Max Holloway in July.
If Benn isn't able to land a fight against McGregor or Pacquiao, Regan noted that his former promoter, Eddie Hearn, has "teased a potential trilogy fight against Chris Eubank Jr." The two Brits fought twice in 2025 in front of sold-out crowds at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, earning one win apiece.
