Lamar Jackson's status for Week 7 is still under evaluation.

The Baltimore Ravens quarterback, who missed the last two weeks with an ankle injury, was practiced on Friday and said he's improving ahead of Sunday's AFC North battle with the Cincinnati Bengals

Puka Nacua contains a similar status for Sunday after he left Los Angeles Rams practice on Thursday with a calf issue. Nacua didn't suffer a long-term injury, but there are concerns about whether he'll be able to play in Week 7 or not.

Below is a look at all of the significant injury news affecting fantasy football matchups in Week 7.

Lamar Jackson's Status Yet To Be Determined

The Ravens have yet to rule Lamar Jackson out of Sunday's clash with the Cincinnati Bengals.

Jackson, who revealed on Friday that he's been dealing with a high ankle sprain, said he's "heading in the right direction" for Sunday, per ESPN's Jamison Hensley.

Ravens head coach Jesse Minter wouldn't commit either way on Jackson's status when he addressed the media on Friday.

The Ravens posted a 1-1 record without Jackson so far this season. Tyler Huntley led them to an overtime win over the Atlanta Falcons. They then lost to the Cleveland Browns in Week 6.

If Jackson plays, the assumption would be that he doesn't run as much to put more pressure on the ankle. He may be more inclined to sit back in the pocket and throw, or rely more on Derrick Henry to carry the offensive load.

The Bengals allowed over 300 total yards in four of their first five games. They let up over 100 rushing yards in their three games prior to their Week 6 bye.

It's an ideal matchup for Henry, regardless of who the quarterback is, but if Jackson plays, the forecast for the Baltimore pass-catchers is better.

Jackson passed for over 200 yards in three of his four starts. He completed 75 percent of his passes in his last two games before the injury.

Huntley threw for 366 yards in the last two weeks. He was better against Atlanta and struggled a bit against Cleveland in a tougher matchup.

Huntley is a solid replacement for Jackson in fantasy football, if he starts for a third straight week. The matchup against Cincinnati should allow Huntley to put up a similar stat line to the Atlanta game.

Regardless of quarterback, the best waiver-wire move involving a Ravens player is picking up tight end Josh Cuevas. The rookie out of Alabama scored last week and had six catches on seven targets in the last two weeks.

Puka Nacua Listed As Questionable, Does Not Practice Friday

Puka Nacua is officially listed as questionable for the Rams' Week 7 battle with the Las Vegas Raiders.

Nacua left practice on Thursday with a calf issue. That ailment kept him out of practice on Friday.

Nacua's potential absence would be a massive blow to the Rams offense, a unit that is already without Davante Adams for an extended period of time.

Matthew Stafford's fantasy value would crater if Nacua and Adams, arguably the best wide receiver tandem in the NFL, aren't on the field.

Konata Mumpfield, Tutu Atwell and Jordan Whittington are next up on the wide receiver depth chart for the Rams.

However, it might be smarter to go with Blake Corum, Tyler Higbee or Colby Parkinson

The Rams utilize a good amount of multi-tight end sets and they have two solid pass-catching running backs in Corum and Kyren Williams.

The Denver Broncos are a team to target, if you want to pivot away from the Rams as a whole.

Courtland Sutton and Jaylen Waddle haven't had great starts, but they're facing an Arizona Cardinals defense that's given up the second-most touchdowns to wide receivers.

San Francisco's Brandin Cooks is worth a waiver-wire look because of his expanded role in the 49ers offense due to injuries. He's also facing an Atlanta defense that's allowed the most receptions to opposing wide outs.
