Brewers Update $1000 'Timeless Ticket' Policy Ahead of World Series vs. Rays After Fan Criticism
The Milwaukee Brewers are offering a new promotion for fans unhappy with the seats they received for 2026 World Series games after redeeming a decade-old ticket promotion.
The Brewers told fans in 2015 they could pay $1,000 for a "Timeless Ticket" while reportedly promising fans could redeem the ticket for the "best available seat" at any game in the future.
After complaints about the level of Fall Classic seats received through that promotion, the Brewers said Wednesday fans who had already redeemed their Timeless Ticket for a World Series game would be able to use the ticket again in the future.

Report: Brewers RHP Might Miss Roster
"We heard feedback from some Timeless Ticket holders regarding the ticket redemption process and seating locations offered," the Brewers' email read (h/t Complex Sports).
The Brewers continued, "To ensure your Timeless Ticket receives the value originally intended... You will retain the World Series ticket you received this year, and your Timeless Ticket may still be redeemed for a future Brewers game in any future season."
The initial conditions of the Timeless Ticket promotion promised 1,000 fans a chance to buy a ticket that could be redeemed at "any single future Brewers game at Miller Park... whether it's Opening Day or the 7th game of the World Series."
The promotion stated the ticket "may be redeemed for the best available seat locations, subject to ticket availability at the time of redemption," per TMJ4 News' Ben Jordan.
The Brewers clinched the franchise's first trip to the World Series since 1982 by sweeping the Los Angeles Dodgers from the NLCS.
Brewers president of business operations Rick Schlesinger said days later the club "erred in our internal communications on the logistics of fulfilling the requests" to redeem Timeless Tickets, per the AP's Steve Megargee.
"While we were able to accommodate all with seats, we received feedback from some that they were unhappy with their seat locations," Schlesinger said. "Clearly, even with extraordinary limitations on available seats, we did not live up to the spirit of the program, and we have been working through a resolution."
Fans speaking with multiple reporters including Jordan and Megargee said the Brewers had responded to their requests to redeem the Timeless Ticket with offers for 400-level or standing-room only seats.
GameTime currently lists the get-in price in for Game 1 of the World Series in Milwaukee at more than $2,300. First pitch against the opening game against the Tampa Bay Rays is scheduled for Friday at 8 p.m. ET.
