After placing star receiver Davante Adams on injured reserve due to a hamstring injury, the Los Angeles Rams reportedly will be looking for a replacement.
ESPN's Dan Graziano reported that the Rams are expected to scour the trade market for a wide receiver in hopes of salvaging their season.
"I do not expect the Rams to go down without a fight, and my understanding is that they will at least explore the possibility of trading for a wide receiver in the wake of the Davante Adams injury," Graziano stated. "The issue, of course, is that they don't have a ton to trade."

Graziano went on to explain that Los Angeles' offseason wheeling and dealing left the team without assets to play with ahead of the Nov. 10 trade deadline.
"They are without their first-round pick in the 2027 draft as a result of the Myles Garrett trade. They are without their third-round pick in that same draft as a result of the Trent McDuffie trade. And they're missing their second-round pick in 2028 and their third-round pick in 2029, both also as a result of the Garrett trade," Graziano stated. "Could the Rams make a player-for-player swap of some sort? Would a team be interested in backup QB Stetson Bennett if the Rams decide rookie Ty Simpson is ready to be Matthew Stafford's backup?"
Rams head coach Sean McVay announced on Monday that Adams is expected to miss six to 10 weeks after suffering a ruptured hamstring in the fourth quarter of Sunday's 18-16 loss to the Arizona Cardinals. A source told ESPN's Jeremy Fowler that Adams "hopes to return on the front end of the six- to 10-week time frame, as close to the post-Week 11 bye as possible."
At 2-4, the Rams have struggled to live up to expectations after entering the season as the Super Bowl favorites. Still, Graziano noted that Los Angeles hasn't lost confidence, stating, "This is a Rams team that had the highest of hopes for 2026 and still believes it can play well enough to salvage this season."
The Rams will try to start building momentum when they meet the Las Vegas Raiders (3-3) in Week 7.
