Bryce Young Hyped as '1-of-1 Player' by Chuba Hubbard After Panthers Beat Eagles amid Contract Buzz

Bryce Young had a rocky start to his NFL career, but has started to show that he's capable of being the Carolina Panthers' franchise quarterback.

After another strong performance from Young in a win over the Philadelphia Eagles, Panthers running back Chuba Hubbard had high praise for him.

"He's a one-of-one guy. He's a one-of-one player. Each year, he's just gotten better," Hubbard told Sports Illustrated's Albert Breer. "But I've said it since Day 1, been in his corner, he's a special type of guy. He can make plays that not everyone can make. … And he's cool, calm, collected in all moments. So it brings confidence to the offense and we're lucky to have him."

Young threw for 281 yards and two touchdowns in the 25-14 win, which put the Panthers at 3-2 on the season.
