'Tape That S--t,' DK Metcalf Reacts to Mike McCarthy's Ankle Injury After Steelers' Win vs. Bucs

Pittsburgh Steelers star receiver DK Metcalf didn't have much sympathy for head coach Mike McCarthy after his ankle injury in Sunday's win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Per The Athletic's Michael Silver, McCarthy said after the game that he was stepped on at the end of the second quarter and had to get treatment on his foot and ankle during halftime. However, Metcalf didn't feel sorry for him.

"Tape that s--t and come on, bro," wide receiver DK Metcalf said to ESPN's Jeff Darlington after the game, while flashing a highly skeptical facial expression, per Silver.

McCarthy coached the rest of the game from the sideline and helped the Steelers earn a 26-19 win in overtime.

McCarthy will try to avoid further mishaps when the Steelers (4-2) face the New Orleans Saints (2-4) in the NFL Paris Game in Week 7.
