Commanders' K'Lavon Chaisson Makes Bold Prediction About Team's Super Bowl Hopes in Video
Washington Commanders outside linebacker K'Lavon Chaisson says his team hasn't given up on contending for Super Bowl LXI despite a 1-3-1 start to the 2026 season.
"I think the full belief is there," Chaisson said earlier this week (h/t DC News Now's Alex Flum).
"I was talking to the guys, and obviously you want to go one week at a time, and focus on that, but— 13-3-1 is a weird Super Bowl-winning record, but s--t, we'll take it. Whatever it takes to get there."

Ranking NFL's True Super Bowl Contenders
Washington is heading into Week 6 ranked last in the NFC East behind three other teams that have struggled early this season in the New York Giants (3-1-1), Philadelphia Eagles (2-3-0) and Dallas Cowboys (2-3-0).
The Commanders got Jayden Daniels back from an elbow injury before Week 5, but ultimately had to settle for a tie against the New York Giants last Sunday after Daniels failed to give his team time to attempt a game-winning overtime field goal.
Daniels said Thursday he hoped to learn from the gaffe by being "more aware" when managing games going forward.
The Commanders will hope to see that lesson put into action as soon as Monday, when the team looks to begin the 12-game win streak Chaisson is hoping for against the undefeated San Francisco 49ers. Kickoff is scheduled for 8:15 p.m. ET in Santa Clara.
