The annual Thanksgiving week tradition returns on Saturday, November 28 from Houston's Daikin Park as WWE presents Survivor Series: War Games.
The men's and women's War Games matches will be at the center of the show, the bouts the entire premium live event is sold around.
Who will be involved in those feud-ending wars of attrition, held in two rings and surrounded by unforgiving an unforgiving steel cage?
One answer is fairly obvious. The other? Maybe not as much.
Men's War Games Teams
1 of 2
The Bloodline: Roman Reigns, Jey Uso, Jimmy Uso, Solo Sikoa, and Jacob Fatu
The 946: Royce Keys, Bronco Nima, Lucien Price, Carmelo Hayes, and LA Knight
This is the easier of the two matches to predict.
A war between The Bloodline and 946 has been the obvious direction for War Games for the last two months and the players are almost complete, especially with the reveal of Hayes as the newest member of the 946 this past Monday on Raw.
The Bloodline suffered a brutal beatdown, with The Usos and Sikoa on the receiving end, but reinforcements should be coming soon. Reigns will be off the red carpet and finish his promotional duties for Street Fighter while Fatu should be back after being run over by Jaida Parker.
That begs the question: who does the 946 turn to in order to round out the team? It does not have to be someone who will join the group or stand alongside it every week. It can be someone with a common enemy in the Bloodline. That person should be LA Knight, who already teased that things may not be as cool between him and Sikoa as they were two months ago.
The Megastar has unfinished business with Reigns and aligning himself with The OTC's biggest rivals right now might be the best way for him to avenge his most crushing defeat yet.
The real question is whether Naomi returns to neutralize Parker and prevent her from getting involved, a moment that would spark excitement, further intrigue in the rivalry, and an unforgettable moment at a premium live event that does not typically have an abundance of them these days.
Women's War Games
2 of 2
Team 1: Chelsea Green, Tiffany Stratton, Charlotte Flair, Alexa Bliss, and Tatum Paxley
Team 2: Jacy Jayne, Fallon Henley, Lainey Reid, Nia Jax, and Lash Legend
The SmackDown women's division has been dominated by factions and tag teams in 2026 so what better way to spotlight the blue brand at Survivor Series than by booking it in the women's War Games match.
The babyface team feels somewhat obvious, WWE Women's Champion Green leading a team that also involved two-time Money in the Bank winner Stratton, Flair, and WWE Women's Tag Team Champions Paxley and Bliss.
On the heel side, the hated Fatal Influence's Jayne, Henley, and Reid. The only question is whether Jax and Legend make sense to round the team out or if it should be some mixture of Jade Cargill, Michin, and B-Fab.
Considering Stratton outlasted Legend to win the briefcase at Money in the Bank, there is a natural rivalry there that can build in the coming weeks and lead to the two-cage battle.
A less-heated showdown than the men's match, there are still plenty of story threads and intriguing interactions to make this one a worthy opener at the annual Fall spectacular.
