New WWE Money in the Bank 2026 Match Card Predictions

With each passing week, the lineup for WWE Money in the Bank 2026 has become more and more appealing.

Less than a week out from the event, the card is not yet complete with Stephanie Vaquer's Women's World Championship challenger needing to be determined, but everything else that's set in stone has the potential to be special.

The fields for the men's and women's Money in the Bank ladder matches have been filled out as of Friday's SmackDown and largely consist of fresh faces.

Meanwhile, Oba Femi and Bronson Reed should have a hard-hitting affair when they wage war, and Roman Reigns' World Heavyweight Championship defense against LA Knight has been built up exceptionally well.

Every matchup feels genuinely unpredictable, which is in line with how exciting past installments of the event have been. Contracts have been cashed in the same night, championships have changed hands in shocking fashion and Superstars have returned after lengthy absences, so there's no telling what this year's show will have in store.

These are the latest predictions for Money in the Bank on Saturday.

Women's Money in the Bank Ladder Match

1 of 5
SmackDown

Participants: Roxanne Perez, Sol Ruca, Lola Vice, Jacy Jayne, Lash Legend, Tiffany Stratton

Tiffany Stratton is the only competitor involved in this year's women's Money in the Bank ladder match to have previously held either the WWE Women's or Women's World Championship, as every other participant debuted on the main roster within the last year and a half.

Stratton has had a budding friendship with reigning WWE women's champ Chelsea Green in recent months, so it is possible she could win the ladder match for a second time in her career and cash in on Green. However, she can still turn heel on Green and take the title from her without winning Money in the Bank.

Lola Vice recently arrived on Raw, so it's too early for her to be holding the briefcase. Lash Legend and Sol Ruca can have solid showings in the bout but aren't in a spot currently where they're ready to win a world title, either.

That leaves Roxanne Perez and Jacy Jayne as the best possible options, and of the two, there's a stronger story to tell with Perez, especially since Jayne already has the Women's United States Championship in her possession.

Perez becoming Ms. Money in the Bank would undoubtedly cause friction within The Judgment Day and most likely lead her to winning the women's world title that Liv Morgan will want back.

Prediction: Roxanne Perez wins.

Oba Femi vs. Bronson Reed

2 of 5
Monday Night RAW

Oba Femi and Bronson Reed have been on a collision course since Reed returned at Sunday Night's Main Event a month ago and immediately targeted Femi.

The Ruler then shifted his sights from Bron Breakker to Reed, focusing less on the future and more on the right here and now.

Reed has been made to feel like a legitimate threat to Femi and justifiably so. He has come back in the best shape of his entire career, has sounded sharp on the mic and has gotten the better of The Ruler on more than one occasion.

That's why it would be a mistake for Femi to straight-up beat Reed at Money in the Bank before moving on to what's next.

If Femi isn't challenging for a world championship until WrestleMania 43 at the earliest, he needs formidable foes to keep him busy and Reed is the perfect opponent for him.

Femi vs. Breakker already ended in a disqualification, so it would be lazy to do something similar on this show, so Reed winning would be the better outcome.

Even if it's in fluky fashion, Reed besting the man who retired Brock Lesnar would be a massive boost for him, and Femi would hardly be hindered by the loss.

Perhaps the rest of The Vision factor into the finish in some form or fashion, but either way, Reed winning is a must.

Prediction: Bronson Reed wins.

Women's World Championship: Stephanie Vaquer vs. Liv Morgan or Becky Lynch

The returns of Stephanie Vaquer and Becky Lynch on Raw in the wake of SummerSlam injected some much-needed excitement into the Women's World Championship picture.

Vaquer went on to dethrone Liv Morgan for the title in her native Chile in mid-September and made it clear that she intends to welcome all comers to her coveted title.

It's been announced that Morgan and Lynch will fight for the next shot at the strap on Monday's Raw, with the winner getting their opportunity at Money in the Bank this weekend. It still feels too soon to be doing the first-ever one-on-one outing between Vaquer and Lynch, and Vaquer vs. Morgan has already happened three times since WrestleMania 42.

The most interesting scenario would see Vaquer defending the belt against both former champs in a Triple Threat at the event. That would require Morgan vs. Lynch ending in some sort of non-finish or a draw on Raw, but it's the only logical endgame for the feud at this point.

As noted, Vaquer is less than a month into her run with the prestigious prize and shouldn't be dropping it anytime soon, or at least until she gets to battle Lynch in a singles setting. Regardless of what her title match at Money in the Bank looks like, Vaquer should retain.

Prediction: Stephanie Vaquer retains.

World Heavyweight Championship: Roman Reigns vs. LA Knight

4 of 5
Monday Night RAW

LA Knight's steady rise back to the top of the card on Raw has been encouraging to see. The rekindling of his rivalry with Roman Reigns has also had its fair share of memorable moments and has made for fun television since SummerSlam.

However, nothing of what Knight accomplished prior to this point matters if he can't win "the big one." He has found himself on the cusp of breaking through the proverbial glass ceiling and becoming world champion on plenty of past occasions, but it has seemed that WWE brass simply don't see him as being on that level.

It's now or never for Knight, and all signs point to him falling short when it matters most yet again.

Reigns vs. Oba Femi is surely penciled in for the main event of WrestleMania 43 and WWE presumably will not want Reigns dropping the belt before then. Knight could absolutely hold the gold briefly after beating Reigns with an assist from Solo Sikoa or The 946, but there's been nothing to suggest they're actually headed in that direction.

Knight will fight valiantly as he always does and prove he belongs, only to eat defeat and be demoted back to the midcard scene that he's outgrown.

Prediction: Roman Reigns retains.

Men's Money in the Bank Ladder Match

5 of 5
Monday Night RAW

Participants: Bron Breakker, Je'Von Evans, Penta, Trick Williams, CM Punk, Kevin Owens

Much like the women's match, the men's installment features an abundance of new blood as well as a number of plausible outcomes.

Je'Von Evans is the least likely winner but should still shine with his aerial excellence. Trick Williams is another future world champion but is in the midst of his second run as United States champion and shouldn't be headlining major events for top titles just yet.

CM Punk has captured the briefcase twice before in his career and can easily challenge for a world championship at any time, so giving it to him again would be a waste. Although Kevin Owens is a former world champ as well, it's been almost a decade since his last reign, and being Mr. Money in the Bank would make for a fun story while Sami Zayn is the undisputed WWE champion.

Bron Breakker and Penta are the strongest candidates of everyone involved, but the latter advancing after not originally being scheduled for a qualifier gives him the slight edge. His career-altering performance with Roman Reigns put him on a path for superstardom, and clinching the contract would virtually guarantee him an eventual run with a world title.

Breakker can and will be in a top spot someday, but Penta has much more to gain from going over in this one.

Prediction: Penta wins.
