Bears' Devin Bush Explains Why Jets Win Is Among His 'Easiest NFL Games,' LB 'Got Bored' on Sideline
The Chicago Bears' offense absolutely dominated the New York Jets on Sunday during the team's 23-12 win, to the point that the defensive players practically had the afternoon off.
"Holding the ball for 42 minutes is kinda wild," Bears' linebacker Devin Bush said of the offense. "Probably one of the easiest NFL games I done played in and I'm not sore at all. Great. ... Yeah, it was boring. I got bored a couple of times, I had to stay warm just in case."

The Bears rattled off 492 yards of total offenseโincluding a whopping 232 on the groundโand held the ball for 42 minutes and 45 seconds. But the most shocking stat of all might be that Chicago had more first downs (34) than the Jets had offensive plays (32).
That's... astonishing levels of dominance. And while the Bears probably would have preferred to turn more of those drives into touchdownsโthey kicked three field goals, had their opening drive end on a fourth-down stop after being stuffed on the goal line and turned the ball over twiceโit was still a stunning display of game control.
And a relaxing afternoon for the defense.
