Chism became the unlikely hero for the Patriots with 1:50 left in the fourth quarter.
Chism made an incredible catch in the right corner of the end zone to put the Patriots ahead for good.

However, the Patriots countered with an eight-play, 73-yard drive that was finished off by Chism's incredible game-winning catch.
New England is still behind the Bills in the standings, but the Patriots have the early edge in the head-to-head tiebreaker.
The Patriots will try to extend the momentum gained from Sunday in Week 5 against the Las Vegas Raiders. The Bills will try to bounce back against the Los Angeles Rams on Monday night.
