Tigers' Comerica Park Renamed Ahead of 2027 MLB Season, Details Revealed

The Detroit Tigers will not be playing in Comerica Park next season.

No, they aren't changing stadiums. But their home digs will be renamed to Fifth Third Park next season, per Jason Beck of MLB.com, after Fifth Third Bank acquired Comerica Bank last October.

Detroit's naming-rights deal with Comerica Bank—which began in 2000—lasts through 2034.

"We believe we have a responsibility to be good stewards" of Detroit's ballpark, Fifth Third Bank officials said in a press conference on Monday.
