Robert Griffin III believes the Falcons would be better off utilizing a number of older players who haven't played in years—like himself, Cam Newton and Ryan Tannehill—rather than trot out Cooper Rush and Jack Strand:

That he may have point is a testament to just how bad the quarterback play has been in Atlanta. Rush has thrown for 229 yards, one touchdown, four interceptions and has lost a fumble through two games. Strand replaced him during Sunday's 34-3 loss against the Carolina Panthers and finished 8-of-15 for 59 yards and an interception.
