Landon Robinson Wears Navy Service Uniform to NFL Debut in Viral Video Before Bengals vs. Bucs
Ahead of his first career NFL game, Cincinnati Bengals rookie defensive tackle Landon Robinson made the most of his pregame arrival.
Robinson wore his Navy service uniform to Cincinnati's Paycor Stadium for Sunday's season opener against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers:
The Bengals announced that Robinson will be among the inactive players for Sunday's Week 1 matchup.
A seventh-round pick in this year's draft, Robinson played three seasons at Navy, totaling 153 tackles and 14.5 sacks. He finished the 2025 season with career highs of 64 tackles and 6.5 sacks on his way to earning American Conference Defensive Player of the Year and first-team All-American honors.
After missing the playoffs in each of the last three seasons, the Bengals are hoping to return to title contention this season. The team has long been known for its high-powered offense, but it bolstered its defense this offseason by signing defensive end Boye Mafe and safety Bryan Cook in free agency and trading for Pro Bowl defensive tackle Dexter Lawrence II. Star quarterback Joe Burrow boldly declared that he's looking to lead Cincinnati to a Super Bowl title.
The Bengals will get started with their title chase on Sunday in a tough test against a motivated Bucs team.
