San Francisco 49ers running back Mike Davis recently learned what it's like to be a rookie during NFL training camp.

Let's just say it was a costly lesson.

Davis tweeted out a picture of a bill, presumably from when he and his teammates went out for dinner. As part of the "hazing" experience, it appears the the 22-year-old had to pick up the tab.

The grand total: $1,878.59.

According to Spotrac, the fourth-round pick out of South Carolina will make $435,000 (and received a $468,781 signing bonus) this season.

It's unclear if Davis was stuck with the entire bill or if other rookies had to chip in as well. Either way, it was an expensive night for Davis.
